I am a retired Senior Police officer with 34 years of investigations experience in both civil and criminal cases. I have undertaken investigations of cases of various categories within and outside Uganda.
I am a University graduate of Makerere University and served in the Police Force at various ranks up to the level of Deputy Director Criminal investigations .
